Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the office for instructions regarding your situation at 707-769-7294.

Shipping Policy:

All online orders completed before 2:00pm will be delivered on your next scheduled delivery day. Orders may also be phoned in as late as 4:00pm and will be delivered on your next delivery day. Check route list for your delivery day. San Francisco customers are usually told their delivery may take a couple days depending on when the truck is in that specific area of San Francisco. Also please make note we do change the route schedules from time to time but right now it stands as follows:
